My Zone 2 Fitness Project

“Train slower to get faster.” As soon as I heard this, I had to find out more.

Zone 2 training is focused on doing low intensity exercise to grow your aerobic capacity, giving you a strong foundation to get fitter, healthier and faster.

I created this site to share all I’m learning about improving my health and fitness through Zone 2 training.
